A problematic image has been posted to AdobeStock.

It is strange to see a man wearing a woman's obi.

Men's and women's kimonos are different, and a man cannot wear a women's obi.

The kimono the woman is wearing is not a wedding kimono.
She is wearing a "furisode" kimono, which is worn for coming-of-age ceremonies and other occasions.
For weddings, she wears an "iro-uchikake" or a "shiromuku."
It would feel out of place at a normal wedding.

The shape of the kimono is strange.

That's the issue with generative AI. Generative AI does know nothing about how it should be. Image moderators can't see the fine details of cultural correct clothing. Let's see what @Contributor1 has to say about this.

Alligator Alcatraz is distasteful. I don't see the direct racist reference, but it could be a violation of a registered trademark, and therefore it would have to be removed from the database. 

Adobe checks data before it goes online, but it is possible that this keyword does not yet appear in the moderators' instructions. In any case, a number of assets are rejected if they are inappropriate or morally reprehensible, even if they are technically acceptable.
