イラストレーター用アピアランス素材をアップすると、無効なファイルとなりアップロードできませんでした。

AIファイルとプレビュー用のJPG画像をZIP圧縮し、アップロードしました。

アップロードしたファイルは、添付の2点(※)です。

問題点を教えて頂きたいです。

※AIファイルについては、このコミュニティにアップロードできなかったので、PDFファイルとして保存したものを添付しています。Illustratorの編集機能を保持しているので、Illustratorで問題なく開いて頂けると思います。

I can confirm the problem.

I've created a simple file and uploaded that and it worked.

I suppose, your asset is very complex, too complex for the parsing engine.

But your self-promotion should not pass, either.

Obviously, one of my trials was successful:

I suggest you try again now. I will delete the original attachment to your initial post, to protect your IP. I have made different tests, by saving as Ai with or without embedded PDF, as EPS etc. I can't now say exactly which of those tests passed. I also tried the ZIP file. The Zip file is no more necessary, but I experienced once an error, where Ai files got rejected during the upload, but the ZIP file passed. You need to try the different options, but first, I would try to upload the correct file, with the PDF embedded.
