Good evening,After my account was suspended due to suspicious activity, I was able to regain access to my account because Adobe accepted my appeal.I submitted another support ticket requesting a detailed explanation, as I am certain I did not engage in any fraudulent activity.The support team told me they cannot provide me with any further information.I’m wondering, if I didn’t do anything myself and bear no responsibility, how can I protect myself from any future fraud?I am fully available to assist Adobe, but I don’t understand what happened.Some of you mention purchases made with stolen credit cards.But what can I do?Unless I’m being accused of stealing a credit card and purchasing my own content fraudulently!?Has anything like this ever happened to any of you?I’m really worried.The only thing I did three months ago was change the email address on my PayPal account (the same email as my contributor account). Hello,I am facing a persistent issue while connecting my Payoneer account to the Adobe Stock Contributor portal. It has been 5 days since I completed the linking process.Here are the details of my situation:I received the confirmation email from Payoneer immediately stating: "You can now receive payments from Adobe." However, my Adobe Contributor dashboard status is still stuck on "Connecting". I have tried changing browsers, clearing cache/cookies, using incognito mode, and even switching networks, but the status remains locked. My previous support ticket was automatically closed without resolving the issue. It seems to be a backend synchronization/token bug. Hello. I am trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe ID was created successfully, my email is verified, and my Belarusian mobile phone number has been added. However, when I open the Contributor Portal, I see the message: “New account creation is not available at this time.”I also cannot access Contributor Support because it redirects me back to the same page. Hi everyone, I have two related questions about Adobe Stock contributor accounts and would really appreciate insight from experienced contributors. 1) A friend of mine recently created a new Adobe Stock contributor account. He only uploads AI-generated images. For every single image, he checks the "Created using Generative AI" box, adds a proper title, relevant keywords, and selects the correct category before submitting. Assuming he continues working exactly this way — only AI-generated content, always correctly disclosed and labeled — is there any risk that his account could still get suspended? 2) My own Adobe Stock account was suspended some time ago. If I log into my friend's account from the same phone that was previously used to access my suspended account, and upload AI-generated images there (properly disclosed, same process as above), could this cause my friend's account to get suspended or flagged — even though the images and disclosure process themselves are correct? Any gu

Hello everyone, I am opening this thread hoping to get some advice or assistance regarding my blocked Adobe Stock contributor account.  My account was blocked, and I submitted the official appeal form quite a long time ago. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response or updates so far.  Restoring this account is extremely important to me, as it is a crucial part of my work. I understand the review process takes time due to the heavy volume of requests, but I am very worried since a lot of time has passed without any feedback. All the photos I uploaded were flagged as AI-generated, even though I used my phone's default camera and didn't edit them.

New contributor here- so some constructive criticism would be appreciated. This image wasn't accepted by Adobe.

its a wall texture image i edit it in photoshop and export as maximum jpeg 2000x3060 resolution they keep saying quality issues also plz suggest me how can i get better like i have this passion of clicking pics and editing them so i though i can post it here on adobe stock to get some bucks 

Has anyone else noticed a drop in Adobe Stock downloads over the past week?For me, sales were fairly consistent before, with downloads coming throughout the day. But during the last 7 days, my downloads have noticeably decreased. For the past 3 days especially. and most of them seem to appear later in the evening.I’m wondering if this is happening to other contributors as well, or if there has been any recent change in Stock search visibility, demand, or reporting.Would appreciate hearing about your experience over the last week.Thanks!

Hey everyone,I want to make sure I’m following the rules correctly for my programmatic motion graphics.I use Remotion to render videos procedurally from React code. The catch is: I use an AI (like ChatGPT/Claude) to write 100% of the code for me based on my prompts.Even though the AI writes the entire script, the actual video rendering and pixel generation are still done purely by the Remotion engine. I am not using any generative video models (like Sora, Runway, or Firefly). The AI only outputs text/code, and Remotion turns that code into a video.In this specific case, where the underlying code is fully AI-generated but the visual render is procedural, do I need to check the "Created using generative AI tools" box?Appreciate any insights!
