Just a little warning to contributors.I recently submitted a photo which was refused with a “quality” rejection.After examining the photo, I did find some issues that might have been the cause for the rejection so I corrected them and resubmitted. Unfortunately, the photo was once again rejected. I decided to replace the background which I now determined might have been too noisy. A sigh of relief, on the third submission the photo was accepted!Now, I have received an email that my account has been flagged as “spamming” and these three photos were given as the assets resulting in my warning.Was it wrong to try and correct my “quality” mistake? I don’t think so. However, it is obvious that all submissions (approved and rejected) are used when flagging “spamming”. When repeated, this will result in an account being deactivated.  

Rejected for Quality Issues (Created with Imagine 4 Ultra) – Need Detailed FeedbackHello everyone,I recently submitted an image that was created using Imagine 4 Ultra, and it was rejected for “Quality Issues.” I carefully reviewed the file at 100% zoom before uploading, and I’m trying to understand what specific technical issue may have caused the rejection.At normal view, the image looks properly exposed and clean. However, since it was AI-generated, I’m wondering if the rejection might be due to: Subtle AI artifacts (especially on faces, hands, or edges) Slight softness or lack of critical sharpness Over-smoothed skin or unnatural textures Compression artifacts Background noise or banding I would really appreciate it if experienced contributors could review it and point out the exact technical issue (sharpness, artifacts, lighting, etc.). I want to improve my future AI submissions and better meet Adobe Stock’s quality standards.Thank you very much for your help.

Hey everyone, I uploaded a SVG and it was given the error uploading the image.Made in Illustrator: no AI tools used.no hidden layersno locked layers Not sure is it the banding that is causing the problem?A bit of feedback would be helpful.Thank-you in advance  

I recently uploaded a series of vector illustrations, but the files were rejected with the reason “Similar content in our collection.” I checked Adobe Stock and other platforms to see if there was any similar content, but I couldn’t find anything that closely matches my work.Could anyone please explain why this might have happened?

Why i upload video manual using after effect but reject "Missing Generative AI Flag". is it okay and safe to my account? i afraid my account ban or suspend

I wrote a long message, explaining the issue in detail with a image that was removed in Audit, for infringment. It isn’t and there’s no infringment. But when I try to write Support of contact I get“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue.” OK here’s my question, in the forum. How do I contact support?

What is the time required for images to start selling after being accepted on Adobe Stock?

I need advice regarding the Adobe Creative Cloud Bonus Code Program.In April 2025, I received my 2024 bonus code. My subscription was still active until Feb 2026, and Adobe Contributor Support told me not to redeem the code yet and to wait until my subscription ended.However, when I tried to redeem it in Feb 2026, Adobe told me the code had already expired in Jan 2026. Because I followed their instruction, my bonus code was wasted.Now I am stuck with a subscription decision. Paying monthly is much more expensive, but if I subscribe annually, I worry that a new 2025 bonus code may be released later and I will face the same issue again. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to escalate this properly or request a replacement or extension? 

My first eBay sale was in 2021. Now, in 2026, I have $137.70. I must wait 45 days since my first sale and have $25 to request payout. Is anyone else facing this delay?

Since using  alot of stock images myself for years, about 10-20 per week, I decided I give it a try myself, regarding that I’ve been successfully experimenting with AI over the last months. Worth a shot.So over the weekend I generated 400 images and refined about 140 and uploaded them. Today I’ve seen that about 90% of them got rejected because of the infamous quality issues I’ve read a lot about here.But I can’t quite figure out what the problem is with my images? Especially since I believe the quality is better than most of the ai slop I downloaded myself only to find out the’yre unusable after viewing them at 100%… I’ve double checked for artifacts and inconsitencies. Resoluion is native 4k. Is overall sharpness the problem? Or do you guys see something i’ve missed? Thank you for any kind of feedback and critique!

Contributors, particularly AI contributors, often post here stating that they have problems trying to find areas in an image that need editing prior to submission. To help hone your skills at becoming more proficient at doing so, I created the before and after image included below. The top image is the original, and the bottom image is the result of making 16 edits. It was recently accepted following submission. If you’re interested, see if you can find all 16 edits. After uploading multiple photos with metadata already populated, I multiselect all images and update the "Recognizable people or property?" setting to "No" and Save. Most images stay red until you manually click on each one of them. THen after submission 90% of them will not be submitted and become red again with this setting not saved again. If you manually choose No and save each image chances are 50% after submission they will not be submitted and setting not saved again...   THis is very annoying and I cant believe not yet fixed. Hi Adobe Staff & ​@MatHayward ,I am writing here to ask for help because I have received no human response from support for exactly 6 months.My Background: I have been a dedicated contributor for nearly 2 years with a portfolio of over 8,400 original assets.The Issue: Status: My contributor account was blocked on August 18, 2025. Old Ticket: #00430004 (No update/ignored for 6 months). New Ticket: #00477017 (Created today regarding unpaid earnings). Impact: Approximately $600 in unpaid earnings are currently locked in the account. I understand delays happen, but being silenced for half a year without a single update on my appeal or my hard-earned funds is extremely disheartening.Could you please help escalate this to the Contributor Relations team? I just want to know if my account can be reinstated or how I can withdraw my earnings.Thank you,A Dedicated Contributor :)

Hello, This is the second time Adobe Stock has deactivated my account, for no reason.After the first deactivation, sales never recovered and they deactivated again, two weeks ago, like that time, there was a large purchase (a deliberate fraudulent attack on the account)I can't do anything against such fraudulent attacks on my account, because of which Adobe blocks my account.I don't understand Adobe's actions, because they see who is buying and from where. Solved: Account deactivated due to suspicious activity. - Adobe Product Community - 15233377 Best regards, homeworlds.

I understand that manual audits take time, but the review has now exceeded 12 weeks. I have attempted to follow up via email but haven't received a final decision yet.Could a Community Manager please help me understand if this timeline is normal or if there is any further information required from my side to resolve this? Hello, I wonder whether free 1-year subscription to Creative Cloud plans still available this year? I haven’t receive a code via a blue banner in the Adobe Stock Contributor portal. Normally it appears on late January.  

Hello, Adobe Community.I can't see the account profile. I can't see all the files I uploaded, the files I'm reviewing, the files I'm repaid, etc. I modified my tax form a day before this happened, and it happened a day later.I've also tried regional changes. Also, I'm only using this account with one Google ID. I thought Adobe was reviewing my account, so I checked the progress and put in an inquiry on January 28. The results of the review of the uploaded file were received in the mail (probably my account was not suspended).Later, I asked Chat GPT and they told me not to make additional inquiries, so I'm currently waiting. But Adobe is so frustrated that he's not getting the mail. I have some questions.1. I don't have many approved images on my account, can I re-upload new images from my current account?2. Or can I contact Adobe to delete the account and re-create a new account?3. Keep waitingDoes anyone else have the same symptoms as me?

This is not the first time this happened. A lot of my images are not accepted for Intellectual Property Refusal, but a few days before about 10 images from the same venue and with the same description were accepted.Can someone explain?These were accepted a few days ago: File # 1877433579 File # 1877433111 File # 1877433362 File # 1877432910 File # 1877432339 and about ten more. Then about 30 images from the same series at the same venue and the same description are not accepted. Who know the answer??Greetings from the Netherlands :-)Mies
