Unable to verify phone number for Adobe Stock Contributor account (Bangladesh)

Question

I created my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I cannot complete phone verification. When I add my Bangladesh (+880) mobile number on the Adobe Account phone page / contributor onboarding page, Adobe shows "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." No SMS verification code is sent and no code field appears. The number is not said to be invalid. This happens on both browser and phone. The Contributor contact form redirects back to the phone-verification onboarding page, so I cannot open it while unverified. Please ask the Contributor Relations team to manually check/reset phone verification for my account so I can complete onboarding. Country: Bangladesh. Thank you.

Your country is presently geo-blocked to prevent you from doing business with Adobe. Geo-blocks restrictnetwork or website access based on a user's physical location. This is not at Adobe's discretion and is not responsible for the block. Until or unless the geo-location block is lifted, consider submitting assets to other potential stock sites doing business nearer or within your region.
