A frustrating submission experience

My submitted images have still not been approved after 8 months, which is clearly beyond the normal timeframe. They are also occupying the review queue, preventing me from submitting updated work. This situation became serious 2 months ago. How can I resolve this excessively long review period? I submitted two questions, both of which were quickly closed, indicating they were resolved, but in reality, they haven't.

We can only suggest deleting and resubmitting. However, this does not always resolve the issue.

You have to select an image and then click delete on the metadata sidebar on the right. I'm afraid you have to do it one by one.

Oh my god! So that's where the delete button was! I thought I definitely wouldn't have been able to find it on my own. Thank you!

If you delete and resubmit, I suggest you change your file names before doing so. If I don't change file names, they continue being stuck.

Resubmit a few assets individually.  Don't use a bulk uploader. 

The best approach is slow & steady. Choose 2-3 of your best assets to submit.

Repeat with a few more the next day, and the next. 

Wait for approval. 

Repeat.

Okay, I'll follow your suggestion. But I can only have this opportunity by deleting the photos waiting for approval one by one, and that's what I'll do.
