Account blocking on Adobe Stock!

My author's account on Adobe Stock has been blocked. I have not received any letter about the reasons for the blocking. There were about 30,000 jobs on the account, I worked with stock for 5 years and now I'm being blocked without any explanation. I have written many letters with questions, but there is no answer. The Bot responds to me in the chat without any specifics.

 

Where can I get an answer about the reasons for blocking, tell me?
