Why is it that since Monday so many accounts in my country have been affected by de-activated accounts, and we sent email questions to them and there has been no response, I saw several posts in Facebook groups where lots of people experienced this en masse, will the accounts be able to be opened again in the future, but If you made a payout last week, it was sent quickly with the account de-activated, does anyone have the right answer to why all this happened and whether the account can return to normal?
thank you 🙂
You must reply to the "Contact Us" link on your Contributor page and await a response from Adobe. Check your spam folders since sometimes responses from Adobe land there. Meanwhile, don't badger Contributor Support with multiple requests on this subject, since that just further clogs their Support System.
I agree with @Jill_C , I haven't seen a spike in suspended accounts either on the forum or the discord channel.
Depending on why the account was suspended it may be temporary or permanent. Follow the instructions on the screen that displays when you try log in, and Adobe will write back in a few days outlining the reason for the suspension. Sometimes it takes a week or two for the reply.
Good luck!
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Is the artist's work still being sold while the account is suspended?

No. A suspended account is not open for sales.

It will soon be one month. Will you be able to get your account back...?
What happened to your account after that?

Adobe is overrun by its success. And yes, they can block you very fast, but the investigation takes time.

Adding my voice to the mix. I just had my second account de-activation. I have received no emails (yes, junk/spam/other folders duly checked). I also requested a payout a few days ago. The last time this happened, their reason for de-activation was "irregular activity", and the price of re-activation was forfeiting my entire payout (which was not much; a little over the $25.00 threshold).
Granted, there had been a spike in sales from my portfolio, and it was all from a series of images of a similar subject-matter. I assumed the party buying the images was probably interested in that theme, and therefore snapping up the images to complete some project, or whatnot.
I have not seen a spike in activity with this latest de-activation. It's rather disheartening, to be honest. It's totally beyond my control how often or how many images Adobe's clients decide to buy from my submissions, so if "irregular activity" means they're making money off my submissions, but they penalize me by de-activating me, what am I supposed to do? There seems to be zero recourse other than to accept their ruling and possibly forfeit what should rightfully be my take of the royalties.

"Irregular sales activity" often means "fraudulent sales" including images licensed with subscriptions opened with stolen credit cards or abuses of the free trial subscription. It is my understanding that if Adobe wasn't paid for the sales, they withhold the royalties from the contributor.

This makes a lot of sense. I just wish they could find some means of balancing account de-activation and ferreting out the fraudsters. I mean, clearly I'm not entitled to royalties that were due to fraudulent activity, but that is so far beyond my control. Feels like a no-win situation.

Hello. I didn’t withdraw my fee for about a year and I had about 300 dollars accumulated in my account. When I tried to withdraw this amount, my account was blocked. Afterwards they sent me a letter about irregular activity, they withdrew 130 dollars and unblocked my account. I had about 170 dollars left and after trying to withdraw the rest of the money, my account was blocked again. I didn't break any rules. My sales were within normal limits. This is extreme injustice to the authors. There is a war going on in our Ukraine and every cent is important to me. Adobe only hides behind beautiful words and at the same time takes away the money earned from the authors.

We can't judge your situation, but Adobe has no reason to discourage successful contibutors, as they earn too from your work.
