Account deactivated without any reason given

Community Beginner ,

I don't understand what's going on at Adobe stock. A week ago my account was deactivated without any reason. I wrote three times and asked to explain to me the reason for the deactivation of my account, but there was no answer, they simply ignored me. Two weeks ago I ordered a payment of $250 and a day later it was supposed to arrive, but it never arrived in my account. There was still $400 unpaid, which I did not withdraw. I’m just in shock, I don’t understand what’s happening, I didn’t break any rules. I will wait and hope that the company will figure it out and make the right decision regarding my account. Earning money from Adobe stock is my only form of income, and now I'm in a deplorable state.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You emailed them? Or you contacted them by way of the "Contact Us" link? Emailing Adobe does not create a ticket. Even if you contacted them with the "Contact Us" link to ask for details, it will take time for them to respond. Your only option is to wait it out.

Don't spam Adobe. You'll hear back. Check your spam/junk mail folders. It could take days or even weeks to hear back from them, depending on how many investigations are ahead of yours.

They are not ignoring you. They are investigating your account, and the amount of time that will take depends on how many other accounts are under investigation. You indicated that you expected payment a day after requesting it, but that never happens. The stated payout time is 7-10 business days after request. Payments are suspended while the account is deactivated.
