Hello,
Today I logged in my account in Adobe Stock to check my dashboard and got this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact Us"
I contacted support but did not receive any clear answer to my question - what happened and why?
Is there any chance to get unblocked and receive funds that I raised in there?
All you can do is to hit the "contact us" link and wait for an answer. You said that you did that, and that "you did not recieve any clear answer". Whatever that means, you need to wait.
Accounts get blocked for different causes, like unusual sales activities, copyright violations, spamming the database etc. Some accounts get closed forever, others get a second chance, depending on the terms violation. There are even a few that simply get unblocked, after an investigation showed no wrongdoing.

We can't say in what category your troubles fall. You can check the terms and conditions of your agreement, to see what this blocking could have triggered.

If the raeson was something that you did, for instance, spamming or improper keywords, then apologize and assure Adobe that you will not make the mistake again.
Still, you must wait until after the review is completeted. Your account may, or may not be reactivated. If your account is closed with cause, your money will be frozen and you cannot request it.
