Hello people, i understand i'm not addressing Adobe but the people contributing to it, has anyone had an account validation issue? its been about 2 months and no word, if anyone was able to reinstate there account how long did it take?
There are several posts here about accounts that have been suspended. Unfortunately, most persons do not respond when their account is reopened. Those that do respond, have reported waiting times between 2 and 8 weeks. But, there is no way of predicting how long it will take. If it is determined that you purposely were involved in wrong doing, your account will remain suspended much longer or maybe it will remain closed.
I would anticipate some sort of a reply in 2 months. Are you sure you didn't miss an email from Adobe? Do you have any idea what violation was suspected from your account?
If you've been polite in any emails and not spammed Contributor Support with a ton of emails, I would reach out again just to confirm the status of your account if it really has been two months. That's all we can do for you here, good luck!
There are people reporting that their account has been opened again. Others reported a final termination of the account. If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. ...I'm happy to report that my account is back online, it took about 70 days for reinstatement, i didn't spam support but sent 1 email after getting banned, 1 after 30 days, and 1 after the 60 , thank you all for the explanation, hope this will be usefull to anyone waiting to be unbanned
