Good afternoon. I am contacting you to solve my problem.
A few days ago I logged into my Contributor account and found out that for reasons I don't understand my profile was blocked.
My account was suspended around 17 September 2024. As far as i can remember it contains > 20000 images and over 3000usd of unpaid earnings.
Attempting to contact support by writing to them. I was given a generic link to information something like: blocked for failure to comply with accepted standards.
How can I understand what exactly I have violated having thousands of images in my profile?
In the body of the informing page I was shown a link leading to information on how to get out of the situation.
I am in the Russia region, so the US site suggested to go to a localized one, but there I did not find a link to appeal form. And the English link gave me: access denied. "You don't have permission to access https://survey.adobe.com/jfe/form/...."
Trying to contact the chat for support did not lead to anything either,
as I was switched three times between operators, each of them asked the same questions and i had to explain my problem from scratch over and over again,
eventually all operators left the chat without solving the issue and the session was closed.
Currently i didn't receive any transparent answers from Adobe.
Main highlights:
1) i am not using any kind of AI image creating software
2) i am not into any kind of cheating or trickery with my profile to boost sales, because this is so low
3) i don't support autocratic obsolete regime of Russia
Point me to violating images and i remove them right away and do my best not to upload such images in the future or just remove inappropriate content what ever you dislike by your own man/robo power.
I would like a detailed explanation of what happened.
Please take some time to reply with the help of a real English speaking person, not just auto-replies with zero effort, at least to an old timer contributor.
Oh God, it sounds like begging, but who really cares, that's how it goes.
I need reasonable instructions on what to do in my case to get out of this artificially created impasse.
My contributor nickname is: spacedrone808
Looking forward to your reply.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. You were provided with a "Contact us" link when you accessed your account. Use it to contact Adobe to ask for details. Do not send emails. Use only the "Contact us" link and wait for a reply. A reply could take days or weeks, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours.

Thanks for reply, i am writing here only because there is no response from official support.
Most importantly, the appeal link is blocked and I can't appeal at all.

Hi @spacedrone808,
I am not sure I get all the information I need to provide a correct answer. However, I'll start by informing you that Adobe staff does not monitor the forum. Hence, you are not really addressing Adobe here, but fellow contributors. You must reach out to Adobe for details using the contact link they send to you on your contributor page in the text box that informed you that your account is blocked. Otherwise you use the link provided in the email notification you received. If it's one of those link you used and got the generic response from, then you can reply with specific questions to solicit the detailed information you are looking for. You can then inform them that the appeal link is not working, and the other essential information you told us here. Be patient and be prepared to wait a long time for a response from an Adobe live agent.
Best wishes
Jacquelin
