Adobe Stock - Your account has a validation status issue

Hi ,

I m not sure what happening .

Just logged in to my account and i see a message saying :Your account has a validation status issue 

tried to contact support and it saying : We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue. 

What should I do ?

There's no way for the contributors here in the forum to know what the "validation status" issue since we have no access to your account; it's probably best just to wait for a while and try to long on again later.

I have the same issue.

I have an error message when connecting to my Adobe Stock Contributor account saying: "Error of account validation. Your account has a validation status error".adobe.jpg
 
I have contacted Adobe support using many ways since last thursday including support form on the Adobe Stock Contributor platform (3 times), the chat with people who said that they cill transfer my request to a specialist wich never replied, and finally, I have contacted Adobe Support by phone that sent you messages ant told me that a specialist from Adobe Stock will contact me. But so far nobody replied to me and I lose money everyday. 

Please help.

If you have sent an email to the address indicated above, they will respond. There is no need to hound them multiple times a day, as these multiple contacts clog and overwhelm their support system.
