I am in a confusion, that is, if I create a single icon from the paid recraft ai and manually put 36 icons into an icon set template made by me, and if I upload it to Adobe Stock, then should I give AI tick mark to this file or not. Another is that after creating a single vector, if I fix the problems in the vector and customize the quality of the vector well and upload it, should I give AI tick mark or not. I have given Adobe Stock Ai's guideline and some of my files below, please help.

Absolutely. It's AI.
"if I fix the problems in the vector and customize the quality of the vector well and upload it, should I give AI tick mark or not"
If it began as AI, it's still AI, no matter how much post-editing you do. Tag it as such.

1. You should mark as AI generated as it was generated with AI later post edited with you (Example- If I give you a vector you ask me to create but you didn't like something and you do some changes, it is still made by me not you)
2. If the files are selling without any issue leave it like that.
3. I don't think, sales matter on whether you created a vector or ai created it (But AI images has more competition then human created vector, so maybe AI images don't sell more than a human created vector for now)

Sales don't matter, but it matters to Adobe. If an asset is selling, and it is later determined it was created by AI but was not tagged as such, an account can potentially be disabled as a result.

Adobe guidelines are quite simple to understand: if any part of your asset was created using an AI tool, it must be declared as AI regardless of what additional, processing steps you applied to it.
