Hello,
I do need to know whats is happning, the "Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise" does not apply to any of my videos and picture. All of them have profesional quality. There's no noise, blur, exposure, focus problem.
It is imposible that ALL of them have problem.
Please I need someone to explain me what is happening not to continue waisting time.

Thanks Jill, it does not upload, the maximum size is 47 MB and almost all of them are over 300 MB

You are talking about videos and images. Your images are never 300Mb, when submitted. Video may be, but let's see the images first.

Here, I would guess overexposure.

For the still shots, I dare say it has something to do with this:
When your image is enlarged, the quality of the pixels decreases. I assume this was taken on a smartphone camera or a camera with a small sensor, and therein lies the problem with small sensors. When enlarged, you can notice the pixels!
Hence, your quality rejection - quality breaks down when enlarged! Not sure about the video shots.

Your video is not correctly framed: 1 and 2 are the centre of action, they should not reside at the border of the video frame for the whole action scene.

Unless your equipment is damaged, it's unlikely they all have the exact same problems.
Technical Quality = includes ALL aspects that contribute to a photograph's visual clarity and accuracy. Composition, focus, exposure, lighting, color balance, contrast, and the absence of technical flaws like noise or artifacts.

Your assets have Quality issues, which is more than the stock text says. Do not think that the text is targeted to your assets. It only tells you the most common issues in all assets refused by Adobe. You need to post one or two here in the quality as submitted so that we can check trhem.

Fotolia is in the past; it was a stock site and no longer exists. Adobe Stock took it over.

This isn't an issue in this case.

Nobody cares where you come from. You could be on the International Space Station (ISS). It would have no impact on Asset Rejections.
