Asset in review for almost 4 month

It's been almost 4 months since I uploaded over 100 AI images, but I haven't received any response from the moderation team. What could be the problem? I followed all the rules that Adobe mentioned before submitting my assets. Someone here previously mentioned that the minimum wait time is 1-2 months or 1-3 months, so please don't tell me now that it's 1-4 months minimum. It's really frustrating. Five months ago, I uploaded some images and 19 of them were approved. However, after that, none of my submissions have been approved, and they are all still under review.

Normal is 2-3 months after submission. Do not confuse the submission date with the upload date. The date you are shown on the dashboard "under review" menu is the upload date.

Ralph_l, I know that upload and submit date are different, but my upload date and submission date are the same because I submit the assets on the same day that I upload them. In this case, the dates are same.

I think it's important to remember that we aren't Adobe employees, and we only share knowledge from our own experiences and from what we read here on the forums.  

I haven't heard any reports of anyone getting to 4 months for review time yet, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.  There isn't really anything to do except wait for them to be reviewed.  From what I've read here on the forums, Adobe doesn't typically respond to emails about asset review times.  Good luck!

4 months does seem to be well beyond the norm. Use the Contact Us link on your Dashboard page to request an update from Adobe.
