The image is attached above and the new form below (both were submitted to Adobe as it without blur of course). However, I ignore why Adobe ask me to correct it. Since, I have no reply from them but the submitted image is not (yet) in my "refused" folder nor published.
But if this image is not published, I have till the possibility to publish it whithout stating that the person is real (what is true as nobody has an authetic picture of newton) as I did for other famous persons.

This is not a "licensed document" and you indicated above. It appears that you have not followed the procedure for filling out a property release: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/property-release.html

I do not understand. Adobe requests a property form. What I filled in. In the help there is no licensed document form. What is not correct ? As states the help it is a "Physical or digital artwork depicting a fictitious person including painted, drawn, and generated illustrations". Can you be explicit and of a real help in stating what in my property release form is wrong or missing? I feel that I loose lmy time 😞

You keep referring to it as a "licensed document" form. It's a Property Release. Perhaps this is just a translation issue. Every line on the form needs to be filled in. Don't skip any or leave them blank. The Property Release form is also available in your language if that makes it easier to understand and fill out. Scroll down to the bottom of the page that I linked above.

Knowing that at 90% a AI generated images, what do you want that I fill in for:
- property information, if applicable -> if applicable means optional
description : "same as owner" isn"t enough as owner list all adress, etc
- witness : threre is no witness? I entred "none"
- recording sessions : what do they call session for a AI generated image ?? there is no. I entred "none" too.
What can I fill in more ?
50% of fields being confusing or empty for a good reason, my explanation is that this form is not applicable to AI generated images.

You are making the life of all participants more difficult.
First: fill out the form to your best knowledge. "Same as owner" is not a property description. (The form exists also in Fremch, if you do not undersstand English). The property description is the best place to describe your asset.
An address for a fictional property does not exist, so "not applicable for fictional property" would be great.
A witness is not needed in this case, but even so, your wife/mother/father/best friend could sign as a witness, if not leave that blanc.
You can surely enter twice your name. Once as the artist and once as the owner. That should not be too dificult.
And yes, the property release has been created for properties, but hundreds of artists were able to use that release, even before the arrival of AI, when they created protraits of fictional persons, so there is no reason that you do not get it.
BTW: if it is a generative AI image, just tick the fictional flag, and you are good. If someone attacks you because of the likness of his image to your picture, you always have the 400 years old portrait to say that somehow, this portrait also looks like your asset.
The wole exercise is for giving Adobe a legal basis for accepting your asset. If you do not provide the correct releases as required, you cannot contribute.

The property release exists also in French. There is no need of OP to have language difficulties here. he should indeed read what is written instead of giving wrong information (description of the property).

You need a property release, where you state that you did the artwork of Isaak Newton who died several hundred years ago. The moderator csnnot know if you did not model the person after your brother or any other living person.

"You can't sign the artwork."
Yes I can, all the more that I am the artist and owner of that work (contrary to AI renderings that I do not sign). Adobe accepted the signature on my skteched.
By @Thierry Lombry
You can't sign artwork that you submit to Adobe stock. If you sign it, it will be refused. If it has been accepted, it was accepted by error. Read the rules.

There's no reason to be snippy about this. It's a legal issue. Adobe doesn't know who created the sketches unless you sign a property release. You're giving Adobe permission to sell your original artwork for commercial use. That's all.

At first sight, even added the authorization form similar to the one added for my sketches that were accepted, for my AI generated images, even corrected in PS and stating in the comment "putative portreait of newton based on masterworks..." , Adobe requests another form (or I do not known, maybe the same but filled in differently or maybe that I need to describe the file in another way.).
As Adobe refused the first submission, mayb be should I submit them as AI generated and in stating that characters are fictive and without form ?

Sorry the form added doesn't show the same portrait. But the one I added to the original image matched with the image. However, Adobe asked to correct it without a detailled explanation.

I would also ask to correct it, as I cannot see from this form that it is either a fictional person or a person who died a long time ago. As @Nancy OShea said, these are legal requirements. And the manner you fill out the form does not show a lot of respect to this legal requirement. We explained you at large, that you will really need to make clear to the moderator what the situation is. A company like Adobe can't allow themselves to be vulnerable against attacks, just because you do not like to certify the nature of your asset.

Isaac Newton could be accepted. There may be a different issue, however. Sometimes people don't see the evident.

Adobe employees do not answer questions in this user-to-user forum.
This appears to be an Artifical Intelligence (machine generated) image of a fictional character. Is that correct?
If yes, no property release is required.
If you need more help, consult your legal advisor.
No one here can give you legal advice. That's not our job.
Hope that helps.
