Hi Adobe Community,
I'm an Adobe Stock contributor and recently qualified for the free one-year Creative Cloud subscription bonus program. However, I'm facing several issues:
1. The website for redeeming the program didn’t open until I used Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 DNS service.
2. After successfully redeeming and installing After Effects, I now encounter the error “Unable to reach Adobe servers” whenever I try to launch the application.
I'm located in Pakistan, and I came across a clause in the bonus program terms stating that contributors in countries where apps are not officially available are excluded. Can you confirm if Pakistan is one of these excluded regions? If so, is there any workaround or alternative for contributors like me to use this program?
Your guidance would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance

Web error.png shows an issue with redeeming the asset. If you where able to install the product, that limit should have been circumvented.
If you cannot reach the Adobe servers, that may be, because you are using a firewall or similar or your ISP is using a firewall or similar that blocks these sites.
First check with https://account.adobe.com/plans that you have indeed correctly redeemed the product, and have an active subscription. If you have, you can try using a VPN service to circumvent any ISP related firewall. This would also fool a router implemented firewall, but probably not a firewall local to your computer.
This, however, may be illegal in your region. If the ISP is blocking a site, that may have different reasons, that are not obvious for me.
Here is the confirmation that Pakistan is not being operated by Adobe for individual licences:
The reason for this is not clear to me.
You could also try contacting Adobe customer support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If in doubt, ask the forum.

Great, the plan is indeed licensed. I do not know what Adobe thinks that your account is located, but generally, a VPN (any "standard" country) should be able to solve the issue. I can remember a user travelling to Iran who could not connect to the license server for Adobe Creative Cloud. The answer from Adobe at the time was that, because of the American sanctions, it was not possible to establish a connection.
I would try with a VPN provider. There may be providers offereiong. a limited free testing period, or a low volume connnection for free. Connecting to the license servers does not need a lot of traffic, but you will need to disconnect as soon as you are accessing the internet for downloads/uploads.
