Hi community, AI am a AI Content Contributor Just wanted to know does Generative AI will kill Contributors Like me As Generative AI is growing very fast also photoshop has intergrated in then why someone will pay for the photos which are already AI generated and waste time to find photos
Thank you.
No.
Did you ever generate AI assets. You can spend massively time to correct the asset. And writing the correct prompt also needs experience. Generative AI will, however, complement photographs and vector creations.
And more photographs and illustrations will contain some generative AI elements.
You find many stock customers who do as @jane-e does.
AI is not going to kill the stock industry unless it gets much, much better and faster at generating high quality images. Those who buy stock images do so because they dont want to spend the time and invest in the learning that it takes to create high quality assets of all types - photographs, videos, vectors and illustrations.

I've moved your post from Using the Community (for questions about the forums) to Adobe Stock Contributors for you.
Speaking for only myself, I filter to Exclude Generative AI when I look for images,
Jane

There's room for all types of Contributors.
A content creator needs a helicopter for a photo shoot but s/he doesn't have access to a real helicopter.
What will s/he do?
Creators must do whatever it takes to get the job done on time & on budget. For busy people, Stock images provide convenient & affordable solutions.
As long as you submit highest picture quality of subjects that people want, you'll make a good 2nd income from Stock.
Hope that helps.

Because AI is easy to do, but difficult to do well, and even more difficult to edit well. One of my clients recently requested a series of AI images for use in a PowerPoint slideshow presentation to represent the company's growth over the years. It would run on a continuous loop at a trade show. He tried it himself, got frustrated, gave up, and turned to me for help. I submitted two to three examples of each of the 10 concepts he wanted to see portrayed, and he approved all 10 of them. So I made my usual hourly rate, plus the cost of the minutes I used to create the images.
