If I understand your question, yes. But you would need to submit a model realease signed by you as the creator of the video and signed by you as the model.

Yes, you need to add a model release for any person recognizable. As everyone can assume, that when you are in the picture, that you authorize this picture to be used for stock, when you upload. But none at Adobe can certainly know that it is you. And that also gives legal security for anyone using your footage, as they will know that the footage has been cleared for commercial use.

Whatever you do, it should not include logos, even not Adobe's and you should not submit artwork (as part of your footage) that isn't yours (or you will need to submit a property release). So, this cannot be answered with a clear yes, but with a conditional yes. You can show footage of yourself, as long as you submit a model release. So, even if it's your picture or footage of yourself, the same rules apply as for any other model appearing in any work of yours.
