Hi community and hopefully someone working for Adobe that can help me.
I have an Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I have not used it for a looooong time.
Forgot both email and password for it and am afraid the email could belong to a domain not available any longer.
I go under the name of DroneDirector as seen here:
https://stock.adobe.com/dk/contributor/210602657/dronedirector?load_type=author&prev_url=detail
I have no idea how to enter my account again because I totally forgot my login details.
Yes I should have made a backup of the details (which I normally do)
I do have my address, name, phone number etc available to prove that it is me, even the original DNG RAW photos.
Ready to upload a ton of new photos from Croatia, so hopeing to gain access asap.
An Adobe Agent tried to get me in contact the correct people for
these kind of things 5 times via virtual chat, but nobody ever showed up.
Is there no way to write a support ticket?
I tried following this thip, but no answer either.
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html
Chat clearly does not work that well as this is my 5'th try today and I waited close to one hour each time.
Hoping for professional help.

Your account should be an Adobe ID that you had at the time, except if you are a Fotolia contributor. Then the situation is more complicated as it involves synching your account with a probably defunct e-mail address. In that case, you absolutely need to pass via the mail, that @Jill_C gave you.
But let's assume you have an Adobe ID. Then you need to contact Adobe customer care to get again access to your now defunct Adobe ID (if it still exists). Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
For support via Twitter:
https://twitter.com/AdobeCare
(see also here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703 or here
https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11843852)
Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.

Just to be precise: Contacting customer care is about recovering the Adobe ID. Not about recovering the attached contributor account. The contributor account should recover “automatically” after that.
