I want to know if can we upload real banknote images and videos on adobe stock. Is there Adobe stock have restrictions? I really appreciate if officials answere on these qoute.

Yes with restrictions. You cannot show the entire note. I am not sure, but I think the image has to be less than 50% of the original note.

The answer is yes, but… as you have read, if you followed the link (and the links in the document) that was provided by @daniellei4510. In some circumstances, you won't be able to load banknotes in Photoshop or similar programs, as they have a mandatary money-detection algorithm built in.
