==========

Unsure what "new site" you're talking about.

Adobe Stock is a royalty-free asset service.

Are you a Stock Contributor with a valid Stock contributor account?

Did you upload assets directly to Stock from your Stock Contributor portal?

How big were your video files?

How long ago did you FTP them?

One more thing.  Check your FileZilla FTP log.  Was transfer completed without any errors?

Video files take a moment before they appear in your account. This is because they are biger files and they still get processed, before the get transferred into your account. Clear your browser cache. Refresh the page. If they don't show up after a day, sign out and in again.

Chat is for customer support, not contributor support. Contributor support can be reached out like described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

The support is not live support, and currently, you should expect some delays. Watch your spam folder, Adobe answers by e-mail.
