Hello, I moved from Ukraine to Germany. My Adobe subscription (programs) is connected to my contributor account. I have got activation code (as a contributor who has enough sales).
In what order do I have to act to change country?
Adobe support chat answered they will cancel my subscription in this case. They don't know what to do and all the time close the chat.
Can I change country only in my contributor account and tax form? Will I save my Adobe programs in this case? When will be better to change country in Adobe subscription?

I have a similar situation, but only I moved from Russia to India (for obvious reasons). And when I received the annual bonus code for contributor in febrary 2023, I couldn't use it because my buyer account (not contributor account) was registered in Russia.
In the contributor's account I changed the country without problems, but in the buyer's account - it is impossible to do. The Adobe support offered me to register a new buyer account, but I haven't done it yet.
Here is support answer:
We recommend that you create a new Adobe ID (email address) that matches your current country of residence to redeem the code.
(Note: Your new email address cannot already be associated with an existing Adobe ID or an Adobe Sign Profile.)
