current review times for submitted images

New Here ,
Oct 08, 2025 Oct 08, 2025

Hello,

I would like to ask about the current review times for submitted images.
My recent uploads have been waiting for approval for quite a long time, while other contributors mentioned that their files were reviewed much faster.

Could you please clarify if there are any delays or issues with the moderation queue?

Thank you in advance for your help and clarification.

Best regards,
Svetlana

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. Review times can vary, but Adobe's official wait time can be up to 8 weeks.

Hello,I have a question about my Adobe Stock account. My uploaded images have been pending for review for about a month, and I haven’t received any updates or notifications.

Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or with the submitted files?
It seems that nothing is moving forward, and I’m worried that something might be wrong.

Thank you very much for your help.Best regards,
Svetlana

==========

1 month is not enough time to wait. Be patient & work on other projects.

Review times can vary from a 6 - 8 weeks, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer.

Hi Svetlana,

There are two issues with Adobe stock:

  • Standard waiting time to get your pictures moderated is up to 8 weeks. Even if you are used to faster moderation, this is still the current Adobe commitment. You won't get any status update, until a moderator got your pictures moderated assigned to and did effectively moderate the asset.
  • There is a long standing bug in the moderation queue system, that causes some pictures to stay ad aeternam in the moderation queue. You can't distinguish the one from the other, which makes this error quite enoying. This wasn't that much of a problem, when the moderation waiting time was standard 3 days, but as of now, you should wait at least 3 months for getting your asset moderated. After that time, you need to decide to wait longer, or to delete and resubmit. Some recommend to modify the filename before doing that, may be also the title and keywords. I'm not sure that this helps, but it's something you can try.
