I'm reaching out to seek guidance on how to best comply with Adobe's contributor guidelines. I previously operated multiple accounts, which led to their deactivation. I'm committed to following the rules and would like to consolidate my work into a single, compliant account. Is it possible to delete my old accounts and re-upload my assets? Any advice on how to proceed would be very helpful.

I believe you have to contact Adobe to delete your other accounts, since you apparently no longer have access to them. If your ban was not permanent, then yes, you would be able to re-upload your assets to a new, single account.

Thank you for your reply. I misunderstood the posting limit per account and thought it was 10,000 posts. That's why I created multiple accounts. (I see now that we can post up to a million works.) Unfortunately, my accounts were deactivated. I'm concerned that even if I consolidate all my work into a single account, my account might be deactivated again.

You can only try. We are contributors like yourself an we have no control over Adobe's policies or decisions.

You should probably go slow. If Adobe has permanently deactivated your previous accounts, they may not want you as a Contributor again, which means that any new account might also be blocked. It's a lot of work to resubmit your assets and add titles and keywords... so consider whether you want to invest that time just to be deactivated again.

You are certainly right. I will contact Adobe support again and ask if it is OK to resume.
