The exposure could be boosted while taking care not to blow out the highlights. That blanket or whatever in the corner could be removed, but that's just my OCD talking. I'm sure it wasn't the reason for the rejection. All that said, cats are a hard sell even if accepted. There are 2,894,548 cat photos alone in the database presently.

I also think the cat is too closely cropped on the face, and is underexposed - too dark. Give more room around the face.

Hi @Gabriel Ferreira 01 ,

You went in a little too close on the subject, hence you end up with too much of it out of focus. I'm here assuming you had a correct f-stop setting. Additionally I believe the subject is a bit under exposed. In addition, it is excessively noisy.
