I was uploaded some videos of a hindu funeral ceremony of an person ( woman) but those videos were not approved, because I uploaded all the model releases senn in those videos except of that dead person. But rite now I could not make the model release of that dead person ( woman) becoz she was already nomore. so I uploaded the property release of that dead body and that property release was signed by the son of the dead person and I took that dead persons husband as a witness. But that also not approved, now what can I do to approve those videos.

1. A funeral scene, especially with the body visible, involves a deceased individual. While a living person can sign a model release, a deceased person cannot. The legal complexities and ethical considerations surrounding the commercial use of a deceased person's image are significant. Adobe's policy appears to be that a model release is required for any recognizable person unless they have been deceased for over 75 years, which would not apply in most funeral photography cases.
2. Adobe's content guidelines prohibit content with "excessive gore," which includes "depictions of blood, bodily fluids, mutilation of body parts, or dismemberment." While a Hindu funeral typically involves cremation rather than dismemberment, a photo of a deceased body, especially if it shows any physical details, could be considered to fall under the category of sensitive content that their buyers may not want or that may be subject to different cultural interpretations and legal restrictions in different regions.

Model release guidelines are quite clear. All images of visible people, dead or alive, must include a property release. The deceased person's rights cannot be signed away by another person.

Private events like childbirths and funerals are best kept among family members, not for the world to see. In my opinion, a corpse is not a suitable subject for commercial use.
