It's been 3 months since my Generative AI content was sent, but until now none of it has been reviewed, I have also sent an official email so that my content can be reviewed, but until now none of my emails have been answered.

What e-mail have you sent?
It's normal that Generative AI assets wait in the moderation queue for up to 2 months.

I've been waiting for more than 2 months, and now it's been almost 3 months

It's my understanding that Adobe generally does not reply to such emails because they cannot accurately predict when your content will be reviewed. Also, sending an email does not raise a Support Ticket in the Contributor support system. Only using the Cintact Us link (found in the bottom of your Dashboard page) will do that.

The new rules are here again, I just keep quiet and just look at them. Because until now, it's been almost 3 months since my Generative AI content None of them have been reviewed yet, especially when I included several moments like Christmas and New Year there. I was worried that my pictures would be wasted, but there are more and more rules

Did you submit them 3 months ago, or did you upload them 3 months ago? The new rules are not thought for you, showing Christmas pictures.

Adobe rounds up when it comes to the amount of time images have been waiting in the review queue. For example, it could well be that you uploaded your images 2 months and 3 days ago, and Adobe will round it up to three months. As for your Christmas and New Year themes, the holidays will come around again next year. Even if they were accepted tomorrow, it's probably too late to make a sale with them, as companies generally plan for such occasions weeks if not months ahead.

Adobe doesn't normally reply to emails about moderation time, I suspect there isn't really any way to predict just how long an asset might stay in the moderation queue. I wouldn't anticipate a reply for this specifically.
I also suspect there are many submissions in line to be reviewed, with many attempting to get assets approved for the upcoming holidays. My personal feeling is that moderation times will become shorter after the holidays have passed.
Currently, 1-3 months for moderation time is what I'm hearing from those who post here. I haven't heard of anyone getting to 4 months yet, so I think you'll have some reviewed soon. Who knows if it'll be before the the start or the year or not though.
