The photo isn't sharp even at the focal point. Depth of field is too shallow, you want as much of the scene in focus as possible. A smaller aperture would help this.

There is chromatic abberation around the grapes (orange halo on the left).

The lighting is too harsh, two or three flashed used with umbrellas or soft boxes would help.

Finally, there is a bit of noise, but not too much, light noise removal would fix this.

Inconsistent focus. Zoom in to 100% and you'll see that the apples as well as many of the grapes aren't in focus. A deeper DOF would have solved this.
