Just upload as you always do. Make sure the images are not alike or closely looking alike. That would be considered spamming.

If you can't come up with any unique titles or keywords for a series of images, perhaps you should inspect them more carefully to determine whether you're violating the guidelines for similars.

Yes, but if they are different, they would need logically different titles and keywords. Please note that neither the keywords nor the title may be misleading. Furthermore, if there is no variation in titles and keywords, you would harm discoverability. Even for similar pictures, I have different keywords and titles.
