Good day. I would very much like to know, how is it allowed for Adobe Stock to list my image, originally uploaded exclusively on Pixabay?
Here I am, looking at the image, uloaded on Adobe Stock by some "antonio"...
Origin: https://pixabay.com/photos/motocross-stunt-freestyle-jump-8284539/
Stolen: https://stock.adobe.com/ru/images/Front-flip-whit-a-motocross/745442682
And when I click on user profile, I don't see any contact info, only other images...
How do I solve this issue?

I am not affiliated with Adobe but I just went to your image on Pixabay and it is not locked down, watermarked or copyrighted. In fact if I hover over it , a popup displays offering me to download it for free

Just because it can be downloaded for free does not mean another individual can attempt to profit from it.

That's irrelevant here. It's a violation of Adobe Stock's Contributor Terms to take assets from other artists/websites and call it their own. Stock assets are used for commercial purposes. For legal reasons, all contributors must have 100% copyright ownership to the assets they submit here.

In addition, "Copyright exists even if the creator never registers their work with a copyright office. Image copyright exists as soon as an image is created."
Registering one's work with the copyright office gives one an additional layer of protection, but is not required. And it also costs money to have the work registered. In the "olden days," professional photographers who wanted to register a group of their images could do so by suppliying a contact sheet, so I assume one can provide digital, printed equivalents of contact sheets today.

In addition, it is an American concept.

That is not an invitation to upload assets here on Adobe stock. Read your contributor agreement.
A very brief look into the licence that comes with that “free” asset:
What are you not allowed to do with Content?
We refer to these as Prohibited Uses which include:
✕ You cannot sell or distribute Content (either in digital or physical form) on a Standalone basis. Standalone means where no creative effort has been applied to the Content and it remains in substantially the same form as it exists on our website.

A quick reverse image search on some random assets posted by this individual indicate many if not all have been stolen. It always amazes me that these people think they won't get caught.

Copyright infringement is a very serious matter. You will need to file an official DMCA (infringement) notice proving that you own the asset(s) in question.
Please supply all required information and send directly to Adobe through the online form (fastest) or physical address listed at the link below.

NOTE: Although it may take several weeks for the investigation to complete, Adobe usually suspends or permanently blocks a suspected offender's account immediately.
Hope that helps, good luck.

It's not allowed. The contributor will be banned as soon as you report the violation. I've observed that to happen very fast.

And then they'll pop up here wondering why their account was banned because did nothing wrong.

Yes. But some people think that you can copy what is available for free on the net.
