Hello. My name is Mykola. Please help me understand the issue. Several days ago, my Adobe Stock account was deactivated. Why did this happen? What specifically did I violate? I always tried to follow all the rules. Could this be some kind of mistake? I wrote to the contributor-support@adobe.com, but I never received a response. What should I do? How can I reactivate my account?
Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
If you don't hear anything within 15 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up inquiry. Do not spam the system with tickets. Be patient. Meanwhile work on other projects. You may
Using the e-mail address is the less preferred method, because e-mails are not guaranteed to reach the destination.
There is nothing you CAN do but wait. At least they replied and let you know that they will keep you up to date with their results.
As has been stated here many times, there's nothing you can do except wait for Adobe to complete their review of your account.

Thank you for your response. My account has been deactivated, and I don't understand what exactly I violated because no specific reason was provided for my violation. I have always tried to adhere to all the rules.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

We have received some reports here of Contributors waiting longer than a month for their account to be reviewed. What does the message on your account page say? I'm wondering whether you've already been permanently deactivated.

Don't e-mail. Use the link. That creates a case number for follow up with Adobe.
Do not spam, meaning sending a reminder every few hours. You should wait 14 days before sending a friendly reminder. You can check from time to time if your account is back in the meantime. Some contributors reported a "silent" back to normal. If not, you will receive a list of whatever needs to be done to come back to normal.
As @Jill_C says, it may take some time.

People reported that they waited for three months, if I remember well. How many assets did you have? I suppose it's also a question of how much assets are concerned and need to be checked, if the assets are the cause for the troubles. If you have violated the copyright, you will be banned for sure. If you “just” violated some minor terms of your contract, then you will probably get a second chance. I wish you good luck.
