How to Contact Adobe Support Regarding Suspected Fraudulent Downloads

New Here ,

Hello Contributors,

I would like to ask for guidance on how I can directly contact Adobe Stock’s admin or support team regarding some suspicious downloads in my account. I want to ensure my portfolio and sales data remain secure, and I believe these activities may need to be reviewed by Adobe.

Can anyone advise on the correct channel to report suspected fraudulent or unusual downloads? Should I open a ticket through the Contributor Support page, or is there a dedicated email/contact form for these cases?

Thank you in advance for your help and guidance.

I would use the Contact Us link.
Look here, maybe there is something:

No good deed goes unpunished.

If Stock detects unusual account activity, they'll block your account while they investigate the matter. That could take weeks or months to complete. Are you sure you want to initiate that?
