I can't add my phone number to verify it

When I am trying to add my phone number it is showing error message even thought after changing my number. How to solve this issue?

You are not alone, having difficulties to get your phone number approved. I can't say what the exact issue is, but it looks like Adobe cannot send you the confirmation text message.
