Image reject due to quality issues

Guys need yor opinion, What could be the possible quailty issues in this "Noise Background" image.

Are you sure about that? Not everyone knows how to use photoshop or Illustrator. Besides, similar kind of effect content is my best seller. If you can share your insight about the quality issuses, that would be much appreciated. Thanks

Just searching for the keyword "noise" brings up these assets.

Adobe Stock staff will likely not accept similar, low-value assets.

Now, you are just trying to defend your statement. According to you, if there is less no. of assests in Adobe Stock, its of less worth and low value? Does not make any sense. How do you know even for the fact that Adobe Stock Review team does follow these rules? The vast majority of buyers of Adobe Stock are well-informed on how to use Photoshop. In any event, if I do a Google search for noise backgrounds, I am provided with hundreds of free examples.

Now, I am actually curious from where to get these informations. Like, skillsets of buyers of Adobe Stock. I dont know if everyone actually talking based on facts or assumptions. As I have already mentioned this kind of content is my best seller, thats the reason I have posted for this particlur rejection.  

Some people actually like to buy things rather than just gettings things for free. Just like people prefer non AI content over AI.

The point is, for whatever reason, the asset was rejected, and the reason is all philosophical at this point as to why. The asset was rejected (rejections for quality and for similar submissions have increased of late) and there is no recourse to have a moderator reconsider their decision short of resubmitting.

Speaking as a customer, I'm capable of creating my own backgrounds & wallpapers. That's the simple stuff, not what I pay to use Stock for. 

Like most customers, I create content in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design apps. I use Stock to source high quality commercial-ready content for project needs— everything from leather boots & 3-tiered wedding cakes to helicopters, backyard barbecues & parakeets. In other words, when I need real subjects that I don't have access to, I use Stock.  It's much cheaper than paying for a custom photo shoot.

As a Contributor, give customers what they want. Make it easy for them to find your assets in keyword searches. 

Before you submit, compare your best work against current Stock inventory to ensure that 1) Stock needs it and 2) yours is better than what Stock is selling. That will reduce refusals for 'Similar Content' and 'Quality/Technical Issues.'

As mentioned above, people are buying simple content and there are people who actually don't know photopshop or illustrator. Millions people visiting Adobe Stock, you believe everyone knows how to use it? Its not that hard to understand. I understand, you being a contributor or content creator for many years will look things from quality lens. This is where the problem is, nowadays everyone is looking for perfection and ignore simple things. For example, I would request you to look at "MariaFernanda" assets (Currently top seller), probably not more that 300 assets and content looks like created by a child, yet it got over 100,000++ downloads.

If someone can get something for 'free', then they will go for it. Especially if quality is not a specific issue!

In my opinion, the noise is the quality issue. I'm not savvy at creating stuff in photoshop and barely managing myself with Illustrator and I could make that with an ease. If you're making something with noise, at least make the noise multicolored to form a pattern. If You cant do that, you'll have a better chance with something more complex.

I was not trying to create a pattern or design, It was suppose to be simple noise texture. If it was actually rejected due to noise, there is nothing to say.

Despite what you may say about this 'noise background', it just doesn't pass muster; therefore, it will be rejected, no matter what you may think. It just simply won't pass! (I'd be enormously surprised if it ever did!)

Thank you for your feedback. Anyways it don't matter, because reviewer must be following some SOP's while analysing the content. Everyone here seem to be 100% sure why it was rejected. No wonder I never see any on the point answers expect from one or two community experts.

I dont understand why would you be repeating everything. I know I asked for opinion and you don't have to repeat it again, that too with an emoticon.
