I uploaded over 30 photos from just a week to 6 weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten a single review. To be honest I do feel a little jealous seeing other people talk about how they had their photos reviewed in hours and some in even minutes. I'm wondering if there is anything I could do, like if I need to re-submit them.
Really any information is appreciated

If that's ever happened, it's very rare. Review times vary from a few weeks to 2 or more months. Adobe Stock receives thousands of submissions per week. It takes time to comb through them all.
Also, summer is vacation season. Stock may be short on available reviewers right now. Just be patient and work on other projects. Your assets are in a wait queue behind hundreds of other contributors. Your turn will come soon. There's nothing you can do to speed it up.

It actually also varies over time. I always had my images reviewed within 1-2 days, both normal images and AI (except AI images containing recognizable faces that often took 2-3 weeks to review), but these last weeks 95-99% of ALL photos and AI images have been rotting in the review for more than a week (or maybe more - I don't know yet how long last week's images will be sitting there), and I even had a few images that were sitting in the review for more than 2 months. I was then so annoyed that I deleted them. I now decided to cancel my Midjourney and Leonardo subscription at the end of June since I'm paying it just because of Adobe Stock, and Adobe has been nothing but a frustrating experience these last 2-3 months. Like standing water in both review and sales, compared to the first quarter of the year. I will use the saved time to shoot more of non-AI images and perhaps video because those are accepted by other agencies as well and can increase my sales at other agencies. I guess the best way to deal with this is to ignore the Adobe review process and concentrate on other stock agencies.
