Dear community members or Adobe officer,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my Adobe account, which appears to have been deactivated. Regrettably, I inadvertently encountered a validation problem while using my account, resulting in its current unusable state.
I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in reactivating my account. It is of utmost importance to me to regain access, as I rely on Adobe services for various personal and professional needs.
I got the message from Adobe stated that our account and submission policy does not allow multiple contributor accounts. However, i only have one account on Adobe. I hope you give me better reply to re activate my account.
I sincerely appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and any support you can provide to help restore access to my account. Please let me know if any further information is required from my end to facilitate this process.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. Your only recourse is to contact Adobe using the contact link noted in your screenshot nd request further information, explaining that you do not have a second account. Or is it possible you created one sometime back that you do not recall setting up? Adobe recently revised their policy to only allow one account.

Why do so many contributors with deactivated accounts refuse to follow the directions they are given? Adobe gives you a "Contact us" link and instruct you to use it. Using this link to communicate with Adobe is the only way to resolve the issue. Nothing will happen until you contact them. As @daniellei4510 said, we here in the Forum are not Adobe employees and cannot help you.
