Issue syncing fotolia account

Hello, Im having an issue syncing my fotolia account. I keep requesting for recovery of password or to receive my login, but no email arrives to email address that I last received emails from fotolia. Who I could contact to troubleshoot this?

Fotolia is dead. 

First create an Adobe Stock Contributor account.  Did you do that yet?  See below for more details.
