A spiraling battle with bots. I'm starting to think that Adobe is following META's lead and giving bots more control over customer inquiries. This usually ends badly.

How do you get an actual person with Stock Contributor support on the phone
By @CL DelValle
There is no phone support for stock contributors. The only support way open to you has been shown by Nancy.
Deleting an Adobe ID account does not delete an Adobe stock account. For deleting an Adobe stock account, you would need to contact contributor support. I do not know, how they are connecting you to the multiple accounts, but as they require you to provide a phone number, it may be the phone number.
There are multiple reports telling that Adobe contributor support is not answering the requests, but they indeed answer. I know that, because I specifically tried it out. The answer, however, was not timely, but needed some time to reach me.

You cannot delete an account. Only contributor-support can do that.
You must contact them withthe email address contributor-support@adobe.com.
Nobody else can help you.

The e-mail address that @RALPH_L unfortunately provided to you leads to the same address than the link provided by Nancy, except that important information, like your account information are not attached. You should recover the deleted accounts and contact from thosee accounts out Adobe contributor support, with the request to delete the contributor account (if there is one attached, which I doubt).
