Contact PayPal and Adobe contributor support. Contact contributor support only once, and wait a week or two. They are currently overwhelmed with requests from people, sending multiple requests for the same problem.
Payment done means that Adobe released the money, and it's on its way into your PayPal account. If PayPal refuses the money for a reason unknown to me, it will get sent back. For me, the delay between “Payment done” and the arrival of the money was always a day or two.

Are you sure it says "payment done" or is it still "pending"? Today is only working day 7 since you requested the payment, so it would be unlikely that Adobe would have processed it that quickly. By the way, you do not need to capitalize EVERY WORD in your post!

I a in the same situation here, having tried four times ovet the last year to withdraw money from Adobe stock i finally recieved an email stating funds had been set to my paypal account on the 28/06/2024 its now the 19/07/2024 and nothing has appeared. For a person like myself who is visually blind limited getting to speak to some one is near impossable.

You should reach out to PayPal. Maybe your account can't receive royalty payments.

If the status changed from pending to payment done, Adobe did hand over the money to your payment agent. It's the responsibility of the agent (in your case PayPal) to credit your account. If they can't, they will transfer the amount back to Adobe and Adobe will again credit your stock account with the money. This can take up to 30 days. You will need to contact PayPal to learn the refusal reasons. Depending on your region, you may need a different type of account.
