[locked] Technical problems for a photo

I sent a photo of two unknown paratroopers in the distance, they are far away and not recognizable, but it was not accepted due to technical problems.

Technical issues are related to the picture, not to a missing model release. You may however need also model releases to publish the picture.

If you want an appreciation of the potential technical issues, you need to publish a full resolution picture here.
