Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Login von meinen Account!

Was soll ich machen? Es Steht dass mein Account schon besteht, aber ich kann mich nicht anmelden.

Was muß ich tun?

Is it potentially a password issue?  You could try resetting it.  Are you able to login to Adobe Creative Cloud?

 

I would next try a different browser or possibly a different device.

 

You can always reach out to Adobe Support as well if none of those work.  I don't suspect this is a contributor specific issue so the Adobe Help Center should be the right place to start: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html.  The ChatBox at the lower right side of the page is my preferred place to start 🙂

Wenn ich richtig verstehe, hast Du eben einen Account erstellt und Adobe sagt Dir, dass der Account bereits besteht?

 

Warst Du schon früher einmal Contributor? Wenn ja, unter Fotolia? Siehe hier für einen Lösungsansatz: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/can-t-log-in-what-can-i-do/td-p/134598...

 

Der von @George_F angegebene Link hier hilft Dir nur bei Kundenproblemen weiter, ist aber bei Contributor Problemen ziemlich nutzlos.
