The first image is not in complete sharp focus. There are artifacts around the edge. It has white balance issue also. The overall appearance of the image is as one that is compressed for thumbnail.
Too much of the second photo is out of focus. There is also a halo around the edge.
I like the settings and scenery of the third photo. However there is a white balance issue. It has a red cast. It is not totally sharp and there is compression noise around the edge.

You'll get better results and prolong the life of your camera sensor if you don't point your camera at the sun. While you're learning, the sun should be overhead or slightly behind your shoulder. Later, as you gain more experience, you can attempt more advanced lighting techniques with filters & shades that block out harsh sunrays.
