any chance our account block
By Rita007
Sure, but not for having each of you an account. However, this sounds very much like you did make two accounts on your own. In that case that could be a problem.
Sharing a computer, especially sharing the same disk and having access to each ones data could be a problem, when the assets get confounded, and you upload assets to both accounts.
Whatever you do, Adobe will not block anyone for having a wife having her own account.

Why should it? You can logon from any internet connection. Adobe does not monitor IP addresses.

@RALPH_L already gave you the answer. Two accounts logging in from the same IP address is not an issue. However, if your wife's account is really your account and you are creating and uploading assets to that account, that IS a violation of the guidelines that can result in account suspension.

Different ID card: OK. That should be logical. That's managed by your government. Adobe does not care about that.
Different tax form: that is a requirement, else Adobe assumes both accounts are managed by the same person.
Login same: What login? You need each of you your own Adobe ID. If you separate the logins on your computer, that is your issue, Adobe does not care.
Different browser: When you have the rest all the same, there is no need to use a different browser. Do as you want.
Again: you are responsible for what happens. The terms and conditions allow you and your wife each one their own account. But they do not allow having the accounts managed by one person, as that would be one contributor with two accounts.

Hi @Rita007 ,
Once the accounts are identified as two accounts belonging to two different people I don't see a problem. I would expect that Adobe would note both identification information as separate. I also believe the account receiving bank information are different. Your tax information would be different. The only thing that would be the same is the computer. I suspect that if you both are submitting similar files, that could be seen as a problem.
Best wishes
Jacquelin
