As long as the status is pending, you only have requested the payment. Nothing has been sent. As soon as the payement status changes to "payement done", then a transfer to what you indicated (PayPal, Payoneer, …) has been done, but it may still take several days for the money to show up in your account. 

 

A request is treated in the order as recieved and takes 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded). That means that it typically takes 2 weeks before the payement gets done!
