10 working days from July 25th is August 9th. July does not count as a day. You must count from July 26th, weekends are not considered to be working days!

A working day is from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. If there are holidays, you need also to discount those. The day, where you submit your request should not be counted.

As I said, look at the calendar, and count only the weekdays / workdays.

Nothing. Just wait. It usually takes 10 working days which would be august 9th.
