I previously had a Payoneer account linked and was receiving payments. I reconnected my account, but it's stuck at "connecting" in the payment information section.

You should not hijack unrelated posts. That is discourteous and counterproductive.
Contact Payoneer customer service and Adobe contributor support. And remember the rule: never change a winning horse. If it works do, do not touch.
