I want to remove my Payoneer account from my Adobe-stock account to add another Payoneer account.
My request to the Adobe community is to please kindly remove the Payoneer account from my Adobe stock account.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. As I indicated on your other post, you must use the "contact us" link on your adobe stock account page to send a message directly to adobe.
