This was answered already on July 15 "It's an e-mail signature, depending on @Verbbaitum's e-mail. If he doesn't know to get rid of that, he should answer via the web side."
If you don't know how to remove email signatures, or worry that you will forget and get blocked, the easiest alternative is to NOT reply to emails. Instead, go from the email back to the forum page and click the Reply button in your browser.
