I’m having trouble accessing my Adobe Stock contributor account. When I try to log in, I receive the message: “New account creation is not available at this time.” My account was originally created while I was living in Russia, but I no longer reside there. I have since moved and currently live in Georgia (the country).
Despite the login issue, I continue to receive emails notifying me that my photos are still being sold on the platform. This means the account is clearly active, but I cannot access it myself.
Could you please advise me on what I can do to restore access or update my account location?
